Chez Pim

A "garagiste" jam maker

Pim makes her jams and marmalades in small batches in French copper jam pots.

In a "garagiste" sense, she is guided by traditional methods and flavors but never confined by them. Her jams are whimsical, unique, and entirely dependent on what the fruits told her to do. (Yes, you read that right.)

She buys only the best sustainably-grown fruits from local farms for the main components of her preserves. The flavorings and spices may be from farther afield.
