Pim makes her jams, marmalades, and other delicious confitures in small batches in French copper jam pots. A garagiste jam maker, she is guided by traditional methods and flavors but never confined by them. Her jams are whimsical, unique, and entirely dependent on what the fruits tells her to do. (Yes, you read that right.)

She buys only the best and most delicious sustainably-grown fruits from awesome local farmers for the main components of her preserves. The spices and other flavorings are sometimes from farther afield.
