Sometimes I do crazy things like cooking up two small batches of blackberry jam and peach jam, so carefully so that they cook at precisely the same time, so that I can jar them together in a half and half(ish) split. Why would I do something like that, you asked? Well, because I love the flavors of these two jams together, but I also want to be able to taste each one distinctly from each other.
The result of my madness? Ladies and gentleman, I present you my limited edition Blackberry Peach jam. Get them now while the gettin' is good.
