Joe's Strawberries in Hibiscus & Rose Syrup
This is a new take on my now-classic strawberries in hibiscus and vanilla syrup. While in Paris earlier this year, I fell hard in love with the most delicate, gorgeous organic rose water from the gourmet shop Hédiard. After a few experiments, I now infuse my strawberry compote with hibiscus and just a kiss of this rose water. Try it, and you'll fall just as hard in love. I promise.
